Heidi Horn has 25 years of experience in legal marketing and business development. She currently serves as senior manager, business development at Vorys, a firm with nearly 375 attorneys in nine offices, where she works with a variety of practice groups and offices to create and implement business development and marketing strategies. Horn has been fortunate to serve in a wide variety of roles throughout her career at a number of firms, including Baker McKenzie and Baker Botts.

Lauren Resnick
BakerHostetler

Lauren Resnick is BakerHostetler’s chief practice partner and a member of the firm’s policy committee. She focuses her practice on white-collar crime and corporate investigations with a broad practice representing companies and executives in connection with government investigations, regulatory inquiries and internal compliance matters. She previously served as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice (DOJ) and as chief of the computer crimes and intellectual property section in the Eastern District of New York.

A tactical advocate, Resnick leverages her decades of government, corporate compliance and monitorship experience to provide strategic advice to clients. She also litigates a variety of commercial litigation matters as a first chair trial lawyer. Resnick also serves as the co-lead of the firm’s cross-disciplinary compliance practice team.
