Heather McCullough
Society 54

Heather McCullough has brought game-changing results to professional services firms across the country for more than 20 years. As the director of business and practice development at one of the most well-respected law firms in the Carolinas, Heather oversaw all aspects of firm and attorney business development, including client relations, communications, events and marketing. She has led and restructured operational changes while working inside law firms, as well as in a consulting capacity. This experience, combined with her MBA from University of South Carolina, makes her an ideal advisor for firms that want to challenge the status quo and lead change. In addition to her Society 54 work, Heather is also co-founder and principal at The Chiral Project, which focuses on leadership development for professional services.

Nat Slavin
Wicker Park Group

Nat Slavin is a founder and partner at Wicker Park Group. He regularly advises law firms on client service strategies and has conducted client feedback interviews with hundreds of clients on behalf of law firms. He also leads law firm client teams, trains lawyers on all aspects of building client loyalty and advises individual lawyers on leadership and client development. Nat is a fellow in the College of Law Practice Management and a Legal Marketing Association Hall of Fame Inductee. He has also authored more than 100 articles on legal department management.
