She works with professional service firms to achieve their goals in the areas of business continuity, disaster preparedness, risk management and compliance. Her experience includes 33 years with international law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. She is a frequent presenter at legal management and business continuity conferences, Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) conferences and chapter meetings, state and local Bar Association meetings, other professional association meetings, and with private service firms and businesses.

Martha Youngblood is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience leading the HR function for law firms including McGuireWoods Consulting and Finnegan LLP. Her signature skills include strategic human resources planning, employee engagement, developing policies and procedures, designing performance and engagement strategies, and compensation. She is currently a consultant with Fahrenheit Advisors Inc. where she partners with clients to provide strategic human resources strategies and resolve operational challenges.
