Rebecca Wenglinski

Rebecca Wenglinski is an experienced collaborator, having managed marketing and business development efforts in a variety of industries, including the corporate, government, startup, nonprofit and legal sectors. With nearly 10 years in the legal field, she is well-versed in creating practice group and individual business development plans for small and large firms, and brings an out-of-the-box mindset to lead generation. She has worked for a wide range of law firms, from a mid-sized, full-service firm to an Am Law 200 firm headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. In these roles, she managed all aspects of the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, including streamlining a new brand strategy and initiating an RFP process, as well as coaching and managing the business development efforts of several practice groups. At Jaffe, Rebecca applies her marketing experience to assisting law firms in growing their businesses through concerted business development plans, brand awareness and thought leadership.

Rebecca Wissler serves as director of business development at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP) and has experience across Am Law 200 and AmLaw 50 firms. Throughout her career, her expertise has evolved from law firm marketing communications to targeted industry growth to practice management. She works with law firm leaders to analyze client relationships and industry trends, execute firm strategy and build plans to increase profitability.
