Julie Wall Khoury is a legal business development and marketing executive and attorney with more than 20 years of communications, marketing and business development experience. After pioneering the marketing program of a nationally-renowned cancer center and building one of the fastest-growing communications agencies in the Southeast, she has spent the last 10 years developing strategic growth initiatives for law firms focused on revenue generation, client experience, talent development and community engagement. She is a trusted leader and strategist at Balch & Bingham, where she serves as the firm’s chief marketing officer. 

Julie is a member of the board of directors of One Place Family Justice Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to making it easier for survivors of interpersonal violence to access resources needed to seek help and report abuse all in one place. She received a bachelor's degree in public relations from Auburn University and a J.D. from Birmingham School of Law.

Dave Southern

A financially savvy business development, marketing and communications executive and team leader, Dave Southern has achieved proven results developing and executing programs to stimulate revenue growth and increased productivity in both professional services and consumer packaged goods and services marketing environments.

He has served as CMO or senior growth leader for several leading law firms, including Mayer Brown, Baker McKenzie, Baker Hostetler and Choate, as well as Big 4 firm EY and global marketing firm DDB Worldwide. Dave received his master's in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is a CPA.
