99 Problems but DE&I Shouldn't Be One

Terra Davis is the client diversity and inclusion manager at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, a global AmLaw 50 law firm. In her role, she supports the firm in advancing its client-focused diversity, equity and inclusion strategy by deepening its client relationships around common goals and initiatives with diversity, equity and inclusion. Davis also develops and sustains inclusive client management practices to meet the firm’s client needs in ensuring a diverse and inclusive legal team on matters.

She is also a member of the firm’s Racial Equity Council, a group comprised of attorneys and business services personnel with a mission to improve the experience of Black personnel and to support racial equity throughout the firm. Outside of Norton Rose Fulbright, she served as the 2020-2022 co-chair of LMA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Shared Interest Group and a member of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals. When she is not working with LMA, she is spending quality time with her husband and two-year-old daughter. She is passionate about DE&I, serving marginalized communities and pushing the needle forward for change.

As the chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at Ogletree Deakins, Lia Dorsey is responsible for developing the firm’s global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. She has experience in change management, organizational development and several talent management disciplines including leadership development and coaching. Dorsey is president emeritus of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Law of 2021 by Women We Admire.
